See what happens on this Windows 7 Computer when using IE11 and trying to launch CSL for the first time. CSL has never been installed here before. Compare to Chrome and Firefox.IE11 assumes the product has been installed, hides the download options in the html and does not provide any manual way to install CLS or prerequisites. Chrome and Firefox both do not launch the app, plus offer the downloads (which they do even if the application has been installed).In the video I search the registry for a key that is unique to the CaptureSpace install (kaltura-lc) and find nothing. The default install directory at C:\Users\currentuser\AppData\Local\Kaltura\Kaltura shows no sign of a previous install either.
